  Brought my laptop in for repairs after I broke the case trying to repair it and received a reasonable quote for $130 and 10 days repairs.
  
  10 days on, I hear nothing. I call up to find out the wrong part had been ordered and it will be another week. Advise I'm moving away at the end of the week and require my laptop ASAP. Mistakes happen, they reorder another part. Only half committed answer that if it isn't ready by the time I move away if they will ship it.
  
  Another 5 days on the part has arrived, which again I had to call to find out. Later that day I get a call telling me the touch pad of the laptop isn't working (it was when I brought it in- I know that because I was still using it while the case was broken).
  
  After insisting the technician disassemble and reassemble the laptop, through some act of God the touch pad started working again (as it always did).
  
  The owners were telling me that it was like that before it came in and that I would have to send it for repairs (and of course pay for it) OR I could have my old broken case back - their best offer after 3 weeks was a laptop with a new broken touch pad and broken case for $0 or a fixed case and a broken touch pad - all for the low price of $90! What a deal! Again luckily the issue magically resolved itself. No apologies of course.
  
  Would not go back, would not recommend. I suppose you can take your laptop here if you're desperate but document what is and isn't working and make it quite clear when you expect repairs to be finalised (and what will happen if they're not).
