  Veronica is the best! She's super helpful and went above and beyond to teach me more about green and pink slips. Service guys always break down every little detail of what they recommend once they've inspected my car and then respectfully abide by what I'm willing to pay for. But Veronica is definitely the fifth star on this rating, thanks girl!

  Great team of mechanics and front office staff. Very helpful bringing back the old school style of service. Great value.

  I was told that wheel cylinder is leaking and will cost 645$ And needs to be replaced urgently and drive belt is worn out which cost 228$. I thought price is expensive and went to another service centre to get quote for repair of those mentioned by NRMA. Mechanic of another service centre did inspection and told that brake and drive belt both in good condition so doesn’t need any replacement.
  
  I understand price might be different between different service centres but how can they ask for us to do repair of things that is not required. There might be pressure on you guys to generate revenue but this way? You guys can fool one or two but not everyone.
  
  Will never service again at NRMA rockdale. ❌

  George is an excellent and efficient mechanic who respects customers and fixes problems! He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% happy with the solution. The team works well together to get the job done. A special mention to Veronica on the front desk too, as she is cheerful and efficient. I always take my car to NRMA Rockdale for servicing - they are the best.
