    Most comprehensive range of both new and old heritage pieces - windows, tiles, fixtures etc in Sydney. As others mention, while the 3-4 staff are nice the store is huge and has 10+ different sections. You have to hunt them down, wait your turn and then make the most of your minutes. If there was 1 staff member in each section they would all be busy and the store would sell a lot more.

    Perhaps if the owner spent his time on customer service instead of wasting it on review replies the business would be much better off. Went there with $10k cash in my pocket to spend only to stand around
    waiting....and waiting ....and waiting to be served while the owner stood nearby glancing over at me while casually chatting to a another staff member who was also unwilling to assist.I walked out and I will NEVER go back, i would rather spend my money elsewhere.
