I got a letter stating i would get a refund within 2 weeks of returning to Australia which was nice on the Cruise Liner to do. When I rang the Cruise Line I got told I needed to get in contact with the Flight Centre Rockdale because I booked through them. So I have been told a cheque was sent to the flight centre on the 20th Feb 2023 no reply to my emails from Jane & Vivian i started all of this on 27th Dec 2022. No reply to emails and no return phone calls. I rang Barry this morning still waiting for a call back.This is the worst customer service if ever there was.

- Carol Hawkins Added November 29, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not happy, had claimed insurance for a trip that we had to abort due to operation, this was cancelled in February, found out Monday 5/6/22 they hadn't even sent our claims in, also asked about holiday in Samoa, didn't know, so we won't be going to book trips there,

Her approachable nature made everything run smoothly - I didn’t need to go into the store at all! Our communication took place via email & a few phone calls here and there.
